I bought a kitchen and a vanity unit with a mirror cabinet from you. When the kitchen was delivered, the back panels were measured incorrectly. Ok, it can happen. When the washbasin was delivered and installed, the washbasin was broken. Waiting time about 4 weeks until a replacement was available. Today the fitters were there and installed everything. The mirror cabinet was damaged in the process. In addition, the sink has a crack. Everything is reordered again. So again incredibly long waiting times. I have always been very satisfied with Wohn Schick and almost all of our furnishings are from your furniture store. However, I am slowly beginning to doubt the competence of how customer complaints are dealt with. Shouldn't complaints have priority, or doesn't it matter because everything has already been paid for? You are not informed on site that the defective washbasin can be temporarily installed. It is more like: Do you take it that way, or do you need a new one? At the service phone you are told why you didn't have the table installed. If you say that this option was not offered on site, people just laugh. However, the laughter goes so slowly and our patience is running out. Update follows ... One star is for the fitters who are very nice

ATTENTION! FURNITURE ONLY SUITABLE TO LOOK AT! Purchased this beautiful piece of furniture through Wohnschick Rottweil for the time being. Immediately after assembly, ALL fronts were stained and full of finger daps (not from us !!!). Since then, fronts have to be cleaned weekly to daily. Of course, according to the instructions, without cleaning agents, over a large area, only with a cotton cloth. Representatives of both houses (Rietberger Möbelwerke) accepted the invitation to look at our problem. It took an hour to clean and polish - interestingly enough, with a house cleaning agent ... but after that none of the gentlemen dared to touch the cupboards * lol * Why only ??? We have been left out in the rain ever since. Wohnschick sent three fitters over with a new front - an exchange was suggested. But this one was dirtier than any other. What shoud that?!?!? No idea, no proposal for a solution, no accommodation. Why do you make such furniture? Why is one advised so badly? So ignored? # may you name the quality? #We have a lot of money in the sand Ps: in addition, the edges have not been attached flush and protrude and the first white spots can already be seen because the paint is already peeling off

We bought a great wall unit from the exhibition. The price is very fair and the service is excellent. All agreements have been kept. Despite, or perhaps because of, minor problems, we are very satisfied with the service. In no phase did we have the feeling that we were being left alone. We were very happy about so much arrangement.

No stress, you can browse in peace, especially during Corona times. For lunch in the restaurant you are served very friendly staff and the food is still good that is served here. Daily specials and a small selection of various dishes. Furniture a mass also cheap kitchens, looking for one up to 3000 € there are also some.

Bought a bed and small furniture - detailed in the mattress department! Receive comprehensible and understandable advice. Thanks to Ms. Rubach for the optimal configuration and communication. Delivery in top condition and without missing parts in the agreed time frame with prior notice. The wide range, the quality of the goods and the customer-oriented, uncomplicated sales process - the price-performance ratio is also right -. Therefore - my recommendation to pay attention to this house before making a purchase decision.

Furniture and advice great, highly recommended. Bookkeeping is a catastrophe, errors are not seen, internal coordination and agreements are zero! Internal errors are pushed aside, the customer is to blame and then you are laughed at. No thank you! That was the first and last purchase there.

Picked up a sideboard today that we ordered a week ago in the K market. After a long back and forth, the employees finally found the 2 packages. Absolutely unorganized, the 2 packages were finally found in different places in the warehouse. Waiting time about 55 minutes, you were simply left standing. First the technology was to blame, then the other colleagues and a shipping company was suspected of having messed up the parcels. Not even an apology or the like was pronounced, it was always someone else's fault. Well, so be it, the next time we buy furniture we will probably go somewhere else.
